Orange Glazed Salmon

This zesty Orange Glazed Salmon recipe is ready in less than 30 minutes, and packed with flavor. Perfect for an easy weeknight meal but also great to serve up to guests.

Ingredients

  • 4 6-ounce salmon fillets
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
  • Orange slices for garnish

Instructions

  2. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water together. Set aside.1 teaspoon cornstarch,1 teaspoon water
  3. Heat the oil in a large skillet set over medium heat.2 tablespoons olive oil
  4. Place the salmon skin-side down in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.four salmon filets in a skillet
  5. Add the garlic to the pan and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.4 cloves garlic
  6. Add the orange juice, honey, soy sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Cook until thickened and fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.   7. Return the salmon to the pan and spoon over the orange sauce. If needed, continue cooking for 1-2 minutes to cook the salmon through. Serve with orange slices and enjoy!
