A good rule of thumb is about 1c. of oatmeal per serving, depending on how much activity you are planning to do!
Ingredients
- 4 c. oatmeal
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds or other nuts
- 1/2 c. golden raisins or other dried fruit
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Banana (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large plastic bag.
- To Eat – place mixture in a heatproof plastic bowl and cover with boiling water. Top with Banana. Easy as pie!
