APPLE PIE SMOOTHIE BOWL

This apple pie smoothie bowl is an easy and healthy fall breakfast recipe! It’s made with vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free ingredients like apples, oats, dates, cinnamon, and oat milk.

INGREDIENTS

APPLE PIE SMOOTHIE

  • 1 red or green apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 frozen ripe banana, peeled prior to freezing
  • ¼ cup rolled oats or quick oats
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp ground ginger
  • ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ⅓ cup oat milk, or any plant-based milk

TOPPINGS (OPTIONAL)

  • Chopped apple
  • Granola
  • Chopped medjool dates
  • Crushed pecans
  • Almond butter

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer smoothie to bowl(s). Add your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
