Tasty Bisquick Dumpling

Bisquick dumplings are easy to handle and don’t require you to spend too much to have a dish to enjoy alongside your soup. So next time you don’t know what to include in your wonderful bowl of warm, whip up this recipe to solve all your problems.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of Bisquick mix
  • 0.7 cups of milk (or water)
  • Herbs or grated cheese (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Incorporate the Bisquick flour with the milk in a bowl, following the exact measurement to get a soft dough texture. If you want to add herbs or cheese, include it with the dry flour mix before mixing with the milk.
  2. Bring your stew or water to a rolling boil, depending on your liquid content (broth, soup, or stew). Drop in a spoonful of the Bisquick dough mixture.
  3. Gradually turn down the heat.
  4. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes and put on the lid at the final 10-minute mark. Adjust the liquid if the soup is too thick.
  5. Serve!
