GINISANG SARDINAS 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can (15oz) mackerel sardines, I used Ligo Sardines
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced    
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce    
  • 1 tbsp calamansi / lemon juice
  • cooking oil for sauteing
  1. Heat cooking oil In a pan or wok,.
  2. Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes.
  3. Add the sardines, soy sauce and lemon juice.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with hot steamed white rice.
  6. Enjoy!
