Ingredients
- 2 adad Paye (baray k)
- 3 pao Piyaz (pisi hoe)
- 2-3 tbsp / to taste Namak
- 2-3 tbsp / to taste Lal Mirch
- 1 1/2 tbsp Haldi (paye ubalty wqt)
- 1 tbsp Haldi (masala bhunty wqt)
- 2 tbsp Garam masala (pissa hua)
- 2-3 tbsp Adrak lehsan paste
- 1 cup Dahi
- Thora thora Sabit garam masala (laung, kali mirch,dar cheeni, bari elaechi, tez pat)
- 3-4 tbsp Pissa dhania
- 1 cup Oil
- 3 sy 4 liter pani
- For garnishing or serving
- Hara Dhania, adrak, Hari mirch or Lemon
Cooking Instructions
- Step 1Paye k salan k liy ek bari pateli me paye adrak lehsan paste, namak, haldi aur sabit garam masalay aur pani dal k pakany rakh dein.
- Step 2Agr pateeli me bana rhy hain to 2, 3 ghanty aur cooker me bana rhy hain to 45 mint ya jab tak gal na jaey tab tak pakaen.
- Step 3Piyaz kachi pees k oil me adrak lehsan paste pisi piyaz dal k bhonen.
- Step 4Jab piyaz ka kacha pan nikal jaey halki golden ho jaey to dahi me lal mirch, haldi, pissa dhania dal k bhonen.
- Step 5Jab masala bhun jaey achi tarha to jo paye galaey thy us me masala dal dein sath pisa garam masala dal dein aur ek ubal any dein.
- Step 6Phr namak chakh lein agar kam ho to aur dal dein or halki anch pe 30 sy 40 mint pakaen.
- Step 7Lejiy Mazedaar paye ka salan tayar hy.
- Step 8Naan, hari mirch, hara dhania, adrak, lemon k sath serve karein.
