Lahori chikkar cholay

Ingredients

  • 1 cup safaid chanay
  • 1/4 tsp meetha soda
  • 1 bara pyaz
  • 1 tamater
  • 1 bunch lehsan
  • 1 tsp namak
  • 1/2 tsp pisi lal mirch
  • 1/4 tsp haldi
  • 2 tsp pisa dhania
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1/2 tsp pisa garam masala
  • 1 tsp pisi kali mirch
  • 1 aloo boil
  • 1 anda boil,hari mirch,hara dhania

Cooking Instructions

  1. Step 1Chanay ko dho kar meetha soda laga aur raat bhar bhigo dein
  2. Step 2Subah in ko pan mein dal kar boil kar lain jab gal jain to pani chaan lain
  3. Step 3Pyaz tamater lehsan adrak ka paste bana lain aur pan mein dal namak pisi lal mirch,haldi aur dhania powder dalen ghee bhi dal dein aur aachy tarah bhoon lain
  4. Step 4Jab masala bhun jay to chanay dal kar mix karen.phir pisy kali mirch aur pisa garam masala dalen.1 cup pani dal kar halky aanch par kuch der rakh dein.
  5. Step 55 say 7 mint bad flame off kar dein.boil aloo cubes mein kat lain.aur dish mein chanay nikal kar egg,hari mirch aur dhania aloo say garnish karen enjoy karen.
