How to make Grilled Paneer Sandwich with Cabbage

  1. Step 1 Grate cabbage and chop vegetables To prepare this delectable sandwich, start by washing the cabbage, green chilies, and coriander leaves under running water. Then, grate the half cabbage into a bowl and keep aside. Using a clean chopping board, finely chop the coriander leaves, and green chilies. Transfer them to a blender and make a paste.
  2. Step 2 Prepare the sandwich Now, cut the paneer to make thick slices. Take two bread slices and spread a thin layer of butter. Next, line the slices with cabbage leaves, and a little of the shredded cabbage. Then, spread a layer of the coriander-chili paste on both of them and place the paneer slice on one of the bread slices. Season with salt and press the slices together.
  3. Step 3 Grill sandwich, and pair with cabbage and sauceFinally, brush a little butter on the outside of the slices and place it in the griller. Grill the sandwiches till they turn brown and crispy. Transfer it to a serving plate and repeat the process with the rest of the bread slices. Pair the Grilled Paneer Sandwich with Cabbage with tomato ketchup, or any sauce of your choice. Enjoy!
