Ingredients
- 100 gm chicken boneless
- 4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic paste
- 2 tablespoon coriander leaves
- 400 ml water
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger paste
- 2 teaspoon corn flour
- 2 tablespoon fresh cream
- salt as required
- 1 teaspoon crushed to paste green chilli
Preparation
- Step 1To start with, take a chopping board and dice chicken pieces on it into cubes. In a pan kept on low flame, add water and let it boil. Stir in diced chicken cubes.
- Step 2Let it cook for a minute and then add green chili paste, cream, ginger-garlic paste, cornflour, coriander, butter, turmeric powder, lemon juice, salt.
- Step 3Stir well and let the mixture turn a little thick. Remove from flame and serve hot by garnishing with coriander leaves.
