INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices of whole wheat bread
- 1.5 teaspoons butter (at room temperature)
- 4 teaspoons cilantro chutney
- 1 cucumber (peeled and chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (sliced)
- 1.5 medium potatoes (boiled and thinly sliced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper powder
- Salt (to taste)
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Boil the potatoes and cut them with other vegetables into pieces.
- Preheat your grill over low heat.
- On the first bread slice, spread butter first, then green chutney.
- Place cucumber pieces, tomatoes, potatoes, and onion slices on top. Season with chaat masala, black pepper, and salt.
- Finish the sandwich with the remaining bread slice.
- Throw a bit of butter on the grill and grill the bread on each side for about 2-3 minutes. Slice and serve while it’s hot.
