Bengali Jhal Muri

Ingredients

  • 250 gm puffed rice
  • 1/2 small chopped cucumber
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 2 tablespoon mixed sprouts
  • 4 pinches salt
  • 2 tablespoon raw peanuts
  • 1 medium boiled,peeled,chopped potato
  • 2 teaspoon crushed ginger
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 teaspoon mustard oil
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 chopped green chilli

Method

  1. To prepare this delicious recipe, start by chopping the onion, tomato, green chilli, cucumber, and the potatoes.
  2. Step 2Once done, take a large bowl to combine the puffed rice, chopped vegetables, ginger, mixed sprouts, and the raw peanuts. Mix gently. Add the mustard oil and salt as per your taste.
  3. Step 3Mix properly. Transfer it to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped onions and lemon juice. Serve it as a snack.
