INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup panko
- ¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 4 cups cauliflower florets (1 medium cauliflower head)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat air fryer to 400 F. In a large bowl combine, panko, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning set aside.
- Working in batches, dip cauliflower into melted butter; then dredge in panko mixture, pressing to coat.
- Transfer the cauliflower to the air fryer basket, set the air fryer to 400 F for 7 minutes.
- Turn the cauliflower and cook to 400 F for 2 more minutes or until desire crisp.
- Repeat with remaining cauliflower florets.
