INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ⅓ cup milk
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted (half a stick)
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Pour in the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Stir together with a fork until all of the ingredients are well combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries to the batter, until they are evenly distributed.
- Using a portion scoop, fill the silicone cups about ¾ of the way. If using a small muffin tin, fill paper liners ¾ of the way.
- Gently place into the basket. Air fry at 350 degrees F for 4-6 minutes.
