AIR FRYER BLUEBERRY MUFFIN

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted (half a stick)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. Pour in the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Stir together with a fork until all of the ingredients are well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries to the batter, until they are evenly distributed.
  4. Using a portion scoop, fill the silicone cups about ¾ of the way. If using a small muffin tin, fill paper liners ¾ of the way.
  5. Gently place into the basket. Air fry at 350 degrees F for 4-6 minutes.
