Thai Coconut Dessert

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 cup Rice Flower
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • pinch Salt
  • 1/4 cup or less Warm Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Place coconut milk in non stick skillet turn to medium heat

Add rice flower to milk while milk is cold or warm but not hot and mix well

Add sugar and pinch of salt

Stir until mixture starts to get thick

Add warm water and mix well then take off heat, pour into small Thai style ceramic dish(s) let set in fridge for approx. 1 hour. Serve warm. Recommended to heat in steamer prior to serving. Microwave not recommended.
