CHRYSANTHEMUM FLOWER TEA

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 dried, food-grade Chrysanthemum Flowers (5 flowers per cup)
  • 2 cups hot water
  • sugar, agave or honey (if not vegan), for sweetness, optional, amount to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring water to a boil in a tea kettle 
  2. put 4-5 dried Chrysanthemum Flowers in each mug. (Alternately, you can use a teapot to steep the flowers in and serve from there) 
  3. When the water is at a boil, pour over the flowers. Steep for 3-5 minutes, then remove the flowers or leave them in.
  4. Optional: add agave, sugar, or honey for sweetness. Enjoy!
