Pancake Mix Strawberry Crepes

Ingredients

  1. 150 grams Pancake mix
  2. 1 ・Egg
  3. 230 ml ・Milk
  4. 1 tbsp ・Sugar
  5. 10 grams ・Melted butter
  6. 200 ml Heavy cream
  7. 2 tbsp Sugar
  8. 10 Strawberries
  9. 1/2 small Banana
  10. 1 Kiwi

Cooking Instructions

  1. Step 1Make the crepe batter. Add the・ingredients to a bowl and mix. Stir the pancake mix before adding to the bowl.
  2. Step 2Whisk well. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  3. Step 3Cut up your choice of fruits. The finely chopped pieces will be used for decoration on the outside. Lightly sprinkle sugar (not listed) over the finely chopped banana pieces.
  4. Step 4Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the heavy cream (200 ml).
  5. Step 5Make the whipped cream. Mix the sugar into the cream and whip while placing the bowl in ice water.
  6. Step 6Whip until peaks form.
  7. Step 7Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the crepe batter on low heat. 1 crepe is about 40 ml, about 1 ladle worth.

  9. Step 9Prepare a damp, wrung out hand towel beforehand. Once one side of the crepe has cooked, place the pan on the damp towel. This will help the crepe peel off easier.
