Chicken Cobb Salad Wraps

Ingredients

  • 4 (12-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 8 oz cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 4 tablespoons blue cheese

Instructions

  1. Lay the tortillas on a work surface. Divide the blue cheese dressing between the tortillas and spread on to within an inch of the edges.
  2. On each tortilla, layer 1/4 of the lettuce, chicken, tomato, chopped eggs, bacon and blue cheese.
  3. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll up tightly. Cut in half to serve, if desired.
