Juicy hamburgers are so quick and easy to make in the Instant Pot! Perfectly seasoned, these cheeseburgers are a breeze to cook in the pressure cooker and they are a great option when you need to get a tasty meal on the table and quickly!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Sliced cheese optional
- 4 hamburger buns for serving
- Lettuce, tomato slices, onion slices, pickles for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well, then divide into 4 equal portions. - Wrap each patty in a piece of foil, ensuring that they are completely sealed.
- Add one cup of water to the inner pot of a 6-quart Instant Pot. Place a trivet in the pot and stack patties on top.
- Close and secure the lid and pressure valve. Cook on Manual High Pressure for 12 minutes, then do a quick pressure release.
- Carefully remove the lid of the pot, then transfer the patties out using a pair of tongs.
- Open foil packs, transfer to buns, and top with cheese and your desired toppings.
