INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb salmon cut into 2-inch chunks
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning or to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice the salmon into 2-inch chunks. Coat the salmon chunks with olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the salmon chunks in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes at 400 degrees F. Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
