Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef (90% lean)
- 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs (I used panko breadcrumbs)
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup water (or milk)
- salt to taste
Optional for Serving
- meatloaf sauce
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9”x5” loaf pan with butter or line with parchment paper. Set it aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well. It’s best to use your hands to mush and mix until they are well combined.
- Add the meat mixture to the loaf pan. Press the meat down and shape it into an even layer.
- Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
- Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. (It’s important to let it rest, otherwise, it may fall apart.)
- Brush with optional meatloaf sauce. Serve and enjoy!
