Ingredients
- 2 pounds Ground Beef or stew meat (precook the ground beef, 2 cups of cooked = one pound)
- 4 cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup chopped Onion
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 c Water
- 1 c. Sour Cream
- 2 Tablespoons minced Garlic
- 1 packet of Onion Soup Mix
- Egg Noodles to serve over & cook that day
- Sliced Mushrooms optional
Instructions
- Chop one onion.
- Brown ground beef with onion. Drain grease.
- Place all ingredients, except egg noodles and sour cream in slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- Cook egg noodles on stove top and add to the slow cooker along with sour cream.
- Serve.
