Easy Grilled Swordfish

Ingredients

  • 4 swordfish steaks (about 5 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 3/4 teaspoon minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, add oil, honey, soy sauce, lemon zest, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Add swordfish to the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the fish from the marinade and shake off any excess. Place the swordfish steaks onto the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side or until the fish is opaque throughout. Serve and enjoy!
