Ingredients of Pepper Ring Fried Egg
- 3 egg
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- salt as required
- 1 tablespoon refined oil
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 capsicum (green pepper)
- powdered black pepper as required
How to make Pepper Ring Fried Egg
Step 1
To make this breakfast recipe, firstly, wash the bell peppers properly. To make the bell pepper rings, first make a circular cut on the top of the red, yellow and green bell peppers and remove the seeds and the stem. Start slicing the bell peppers thickly to form rings.
Step 2
On a non-stick frying pan, heat some refined oil and place the bell pepper rings at some distance from each other. Let these cook for a while and then break the eggs into the rings, and let them cook. Make sure that the egg does not come out of the ring. Cover with a plate for about a minute to cook the egg yolk with steam. Remove the cover, and shift the eggs on a plate, and serve these hot with a seasoning of salt and pepper to enjoy!
