Buffalo Chicken Wonton Cups

Individual servings of buffalo chicken made with wonton wrappers

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Spray a muffin pan lightly with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing with a mixer or wooden spoon. Mix in chicken and ¾ cup of cheese.
  3. Place a wonton wrapper to a muffin cup and add a spoonful of batter. Put on a second wrapper followed by another spoonful of batter. Add pinches of cheddar and blue cheese.
  4. Repeat for remaining cups until batter is finished.
  5. Bake for 18 min until browned slightly. Serve and enjoy!
