Ingredients

• 1 c. cold heavy cream 
• 1/4 c. confectioners’ sugar
• Ice

Directions

• In a medium bowl, combine cream and confectioners’ sugar. Place over a large bowl filled with ice. Using a whisk, whip until stiff peaks form.
