Ingredients
- For Dough
- 1 kg fin atta
- 2.5 tbsp glucose
- 2 Tbsp Purified Butter ghee
- 1 tsp salt/ to taste
- For Stuffing
- Cheese (as required)
- Red Chilli Flakes (as required)
- Oregano for Sprinkle
- Ghee (as required)
Cooking Instructions
- Step 1Make a medium hard dough to adding all dough ingredients in a bowl
- Step 2
- Step 3First make a Doug ball in medium size and rollout in round shape, Now add some ghee on it then sprinkle some dry flour and spread with hand to mixing both, add cheese in one side,
- Step 41st Folding style:
Now fold it and close it from corner nicely and fry it on medium flame to adding purified butter. - Step 52nd Folding style:
Repeat the same 1st method then put cheese in center, sprinkle some chili flakes and oregano on it then fold it according to the picture - Step 6Fry it on medium flame until golden and enjoy with a cup of tea.
