Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 pieces dried danggit
- 4 pieces dried danggit (discard the head and chopped)
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- ¼ cup chopped spring onion
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
Preparation Instructions:
- Heat up a non-stick skillet with 3 tbsp of cooking oil. Pan-fry 2 pieces of dried danggit until crispy and golden brown. Remove and drained on paper towel to absorb excessive oil.
- Use the remaining oil to saute the chopped danggit and garlic until fragrant.
- Add in cooked rice, constantly stirring until heated through.
- Add in chopped spring onion, toss well.
- Dish out to a serving bowl, top with 2 pieces of crispy danggit. Serve.
