INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can (15oz) mackerel sardines, I used Ligo Sardines
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp calamansi / lemon juice
- cooking oil for sauteing
- Heat cooking oil In a pan or wok,.
- Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes.
- Add the sardines, soy sauce and lemon juice.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve with hot steamed white rice.
- Enjoy!
