Ingredients
- Paratha dough Dough for Roti or Paratha
- 1 onion chopped
- 1/4 cup green Spring onions and green garlic Green Spring Onions And Green Garlic
- 1 small tomato chopped
- 1 cheese slices
- Spices
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp peri peri seasoning
- Sat to taste
- Frying
- Desi ghee as required
- Side condiment
- Kairi Garlic Mint Chutney Kairi Garlic Mint Chutney
- Achar Mango Achar
- Lassi Salted Lassi
Cooking Instructions
- Step 1Bring together all ingredients.
- Step 2After making the dough make one small ball and roll it in a small flat roti. Spread desi ghee, green spring onions and green garlic.
- Step 3Spread chopped onion, tomato Chaat masala
- Step 4Spread peri peri seasoning,salt
- Step 5Now pick up from the edges and secure it in the centre to make a ball again. Again gently roll it flat in a round shape.
- Step 6Put the flat pan (tawa) on stove pour ghee and heat it up. Put the flame on medium heat. take paratha with your hand and put it on tawa. When the top layer colour is getting changed means one side is cooked. Filp it and pour ghee little bit and start cooking the other side.
- Step 7Rotate with spatula from time to time until fully cooked on both sides.
- Step 8The golden crunchy, crispy cheesy Masala Paratha is ready to eat. Serve hot with Achar or chutney and Lassi 😋. (see recipe)
