How are Indian breakfast recipes different from other countries’ breakfast? To me, enjoying these breakfasts is a perfect way to energize and boost my mood, thanks to their tastiness.
INGREDIENTS
- 0.5 cup instant oats
- 0.25 cup of coconut
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 3 tablespoons of carrot, chopped
- 0.5 tomato, chopped
- 0.25 teaspoon of fennel, crushed
- 2 tablespoons of coriander, chopped
- 5 garlic flakes
- A pinch of salt
- Water
DIRECTIONS
- Cook ingredients in a pressure cooker (except milk) for about 15 minutes.
- Once done, use a masher to mash the mixture.
- Grind coconut with lukewarm water to extract milk from it.
- Add extracted coconut milk to the porridge. Stir to combine.
- Serve hot.
