Ingredients
- 3 whole wheat bread slices
- 2 small ripe bananas peeled and sliced
- 2 pineapple slices
- 1 chikoo/apple sliced
- 2 tablespoon mixed fruit jam
Instructions
- Apply jam to one side of 2 bread slices.
- To assemble the sandwich, take one bread with jam and arrange the fruits slices the bread.
- Over this place another bread slice such that the jam side should be facing on the top.
- Arrange the sliced fruits again and close the sandwich with a third bread slice to which no jam is applied.
- Grill this fruit sandwich till the topmost bread slice turns brownish.
