Ingredients
- 250 gm puffed rice
- 1/2 small chopped cucumber
- 1 chopped tomato
- 2 tablespoon mixed sprouts
- 4 pinches salt
- 2 tablespoon raw peanuts
- 1 medium boiled,peeled,chopped potato
- 2 teaspoon crushed ginger
- 1 small onion
- 4 teaspoon mustard oil
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 chopped green chilli
Method
- To prepare this delicious recipe, start by chopping the onion, tomato, green chilli, cucumber, and the potatoes.
- Step 2Once done, take a large bowl to combine the puffed rice, chopped vegetables, ginger, mixed sprouts, and the raw peanuts. Mix gently. Add the mustard oil and salt as per your taste.
- Step 3Mix properly. Transfer it to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped onions and lemon juice. Serve it as a snack.
