INGREDIENTS
- 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated crescent sheets
- 4 monterey jack cheese sticks
- 1/2 lb ground beef, browned
- 1/2 envelope taco seasoning mix
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees F.
- In small microwave-safe bowl, combine ground beef and 1/2 envelope of taco seasoning. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes until warmed.
- Cut crescent sheets into 8 equal squares. Cut each cheese stick in half.
- On each crescent square, place 1/2 stick of cheese and 1-2 tablespoons of meat mixture. (See photos in blog post.) Roll up each square and crimp ends to secure.
- Line Air Fryer basket with a square of foil. Grease foil and place crescents on top in single layer.
- Cook 5 minutes. Turn over and cook another 2-3 minutes until browned
