Seriously Crispy Air Fryer Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 1 lb gnocchi 450 g; see note 1
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. Heat air fryer to 200°C/390°F.
  2. Toss gnocchi with olive oil, salt and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  3. Transfer gnocchi to the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for a total time of 13 minutes, shaking 3-4 times during the cooking process. Gnocchi should be golden and crispy.
