INGREDIENTS
- 2 pkgs (3.5 oz each) dark chocolate baking bars, (60-70% cocoa recommended)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. Spray four 6-ounce ramekins with cooking spray.
- In large microwave-safe bowl, combine butter and chocolate that has been broken into pieces. Microwave on high power in 30-second intervals, stirring well in between, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
- Remove from microwave and stir in powdered sugar until well combined. Add in eggs and egg yolks and vanilla. Stir well.
- Gently fold in flour and salt until just combined. Evenly spoon into prepared ramekins.
- Cook in preheated Air Fryer for 9-11 minutes, until outside is firm and inside is still moist and soft. Remove from Air Fryer and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Invert onto small plate then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
