INGREDIENTS
- 10 dried, food-grade Chrysanthemum Flowers (5 flowers per cup)
- 2 cups hot water
- sugar, agave or honey (if not vegan), for sweetness, optional, amount to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring water to a boil in a tea kettle
- put 4-5 dried Chrysanthemum Flowers in each mug. (Alternately, you can use a teapot to steep the flowers in and serve from there)
- When the water is at a boil, pour over the flowers. Steep for 3-5 minutes, then remove the flowers or leave them in.
- Optional: add agave, sugar, or honey for sweetness. Enjoy!
