Perfect air fryr salmon fillets

Ingredients

  • 2 4-6 oz salmon fillets
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbspn chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry your salmon fillets (with paper towels). Slice the lemon and cover the air fryer basket with it (where the salmon will go)
  2. Add salt and pepper to the salmon fillet. Place fillets on top of lemons and cook for about 15 minutes at 330 degrees.
  3. Meanwhile make the sauce. Mix yogurt with dill and garlic powder. Add lemon juice and salt and pepper if needed.
  4. Once the salmon is done, cover it with sauce and serve.
