Air fryer lasagna rolls

Ingredients 

  • 1/4 cup onions, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Start by cooking the noodles per the instructions on the package. In a small bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, egg, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
  2. In a small skillet, at the ground beef, onions, and saute over medium-high heat until the meat is browned and the onions are translucent. Mix the garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and marinara sauce, and return to a slow simmer.
  3. Layout your noodle and add about two tablespoons of the ricotta cheese filling on top. As you make them, place them into your baking sheet. Cover the noodles with marinara sauce. Set the pan into the air fryer for 10 to 12 minutes at 330 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  4. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
