Ground Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Ground Beef or stew meat (precook the ground beef, 2 cups of cooked = one pound)
  • 4 cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup chopped Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 c Water
  • 1 c. Sour Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons minced Garlic
  • 1 packet of Onion Soup Mix
  • Egg Noodles to serve over & cook that day
  • Sliced Mushrooms optional

Instructions

  1. Chop one onion.
  2. Brown ground beef with onion.  Drain grease.
  3. Place all ingredients, except egg noodles and sour cream in slow cooker.
  4. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
  5. Cook egg noodles on stove top and add to the slow cooker along with sour cream.
  6. Serve.
