Ingredients
- 4 Flounder Fillets
- 4 tablespoons butter melted
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- juice and zest from 1/2 lemon
- 1 lemon sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- parsley for garnish
- optional other seasonings such as chili flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Set aside a baking dish.
- Season the flounder fish with salt and pepper (and optioanl other seasonings). Then place them in the baking dish.
- Mix together the butter, garlic, lemon juice, and zest and then pour the mixture over the flounder fillets.
- Place the lemon rounds on top of and around the fillets.
- Bake the flounder for 10-12 minutes or until the fish is fork-tender.
