Brown Sugar-Glazed Baby Carrots

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds fresh baby carrots
  • 1 celery rib, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter, cubed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low until carrots are tender, 6-8 hours.
