Ingredients
- 1 lb. (454 g) ground beef (or chicken, turkey, pork, lamb)
- 1 Tablespoon (30 ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) garlic powder
- salt , to taste
- black pepper , to taste
- 6-8 slider buns or rolls
Burger Toppings:
- lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion slices, blue cheese, avocado, bacon, fried onions, etc.
- ketchup, mustard, mayo, gochujang, hot sauce, bbq sauce, etc.
Equipment
- Air Fryer
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer at 380°F/193°C for 5 minutes.

- Mix together the 1 pound of beef, 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder until just combined. Divide mixture into 6-8 even balls. Lightly flatten each ball to form a small patty. For best texture, try not to overwork the patties. Form them just enough so that the patties hold their shape.

- Lightly spray patties with oil. Season liberal amount of salt and pepper on top of patties.

- Spray the air fryer basket/tray with oil & place the sliders in the basket/tray.
- Air fry 400°F/205°C for 5 minutes. Flip the patties and cook for another 1-3 minutes, or until the center is cooked to your preferred doneness or internal temperature reaches 160°F.

- For Cheeseburger Sliders: add the slices of cheese on top of the cooked patties. Air fry at 400°F/205°C for about 30 seconds to 1 minute to melt the cheese.

- For best juiciness, cover the patties and let rest for a couple minutes. While patties are resting, warm the buns in the air fryer at 400°F/205°C for about 1 minute. Serve on buns, topped with your favorite toppings.

If your air fryer is preheated or if you are cooking multiple batches, you may need to reduce timing by a few minutes (unless preheating is called for in the recipe).
