  2. Mix together the 1 pound of beef, 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder until just combined. Divide mixture into 6-8 even balls. Lightly flatten each ball to form a small patty. For best texture, try not to overwork the patties. Form them just enough so that the patties hold their shape.Balls of beef mixture and patties on a cutting board
  3. Lightly spray patties with oil. Season liberal amount of salt and pepper on top of patties.Flatten patties on a cutting board

  5. Air fry 400°F/205°C for 5 minutes. Flip the patties and cook for another 1-3 minutes, or until the center is cooked to your preferred doneness or internal temperature reaches 160°F.Cooked sliders patties in air fryer
  6. For Cheeseburger Sliders: add the slices of cheese on top of the cooked patties. Air fry at 400°F/205°C for about 30 seconds to 1 minute to melt the cheese.Cheese melted on slider patties in air fryer
  7. For best juiciness, cover the patties and let rest for a couple minutes. While patties are resting, warm the buns in the air fryer at 400°F/205°C for about 1 minute. Serve on buns, topped with your favorite toppings.Slider buns in air fryer basket

If your air fryer is preheated or if you are cooking multiple batches, you may need to reduce timing by a few minutes (unless preheating is called for in the recipe).
