Chili Crisp Air Fryer Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 pound (454 g) raw shrimp , peeled de-veined,
  • Vegetable oil or oil spray , to coat shrimp
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) garlic powder
  • Salt , to taste
  • Black pepper , to taste
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) crunchy chili oil or chili crunch
  • Noodles, pasta, salad, sandwich , for serving

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl add the 1 pound of shrimp, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, and salt & pepper to taste. Toss to coat all of the shrimp evenly. Add shrimp to air fryer basket in a single layer.Raw shrimp in air fryer basket
  2. Air fry at 400°F for about 8-14 minutes (depending on the size of your shrimp), gently shaking and flipping halfway. You can start by air frying for 8 minutes first, then adding more time if needed.Cooked shrimp in air fryer basket
  3. Allow the shrimp to cool completely. But in the meantime, prep your noodles, pasta, sandwich or salad.ingredients ready for a meal

If your air fryer is preheated or if you are cooking multiple batches, you may need to reduce timing by a few minutes (unless preheating is called for in the recipe).
