Serve it with your favorite sides, or slice it up for fajitas!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the Cilantro Lime Butter<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bd\u00a0cup\u00a0salted butter\u00a0room temperature (1 stick)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0tablespoon\u00a0Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Cilantro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0tablespoon\u00a0fresh lime juice\u00a0from \u00bd lemon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\u00a0teaspoons\u00a0lime zest\u00a0from 1 lime<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0teaspoon\u00a0finely chopped green onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0tablespoon\u00a0Gourmet Garden Stir-In Chunky Garlic Paste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the Grilled Flank Steak<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1\u00a0teaspoon\u00a0kosher salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd\u00a0teaspoon\u00a0ground black pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0teaspoon\u00a0mustard powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0tablespoon\u00a0Gourmet Garden Stir-in Chunky Garlic Paste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0tablespoon\u00a0olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\u00a0pounds\u00a0Flank Steak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recommended Equipment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grill or Indoor Grill Pan (Click for my favorite)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To Make Cilantro Lime Butter<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Take the softened butter and place it in a medium bowl.\u00bd cup salted butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stir in the cilantro, lime juice, lime zest, green onion, and garlic paste. Mash with a fork or spoon to fully combine.1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Cilantro,1 tablespoon fresh lime juice,2 teaspoons lime zest,1 teaspoon finely chopped green onion,1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Stir-In Chunky Garlic Paste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the butter over plastic wrap and form into a log. Wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until firm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the Grilled Flank Steak<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Brush a grill or grill pan with canola oil and heat to high heat. (You want the grill HOT).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a small bowl, combine salt and pepper, garlic paste, olive oil and mustard powder. Stir to combine and form a paste. Rub both sides of steak with the paste.1 teaspoon kosher salt,\u00bd teaspoon ground black pepper,1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Stir-in Chunky Garlic Paste,1 tablespoon olive oil,1 teaspoon mustard powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place flank steak on grill and cook for approximately 3-4 minutes per side for rare, or 6-8 minutes per side for well done.
