SO MUCH FLAVOR!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1\u00a0head cauliflower\u00a0washed and leaves removed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1-2\u00a0tablespoons\u00a0olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt &amp; Freshly ground black pepper\u00a0to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the Thai Peanut Sauce (adapted from She Simmers ):<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1\u00a0can\u00a0Unsweetened Coconut Milk\u00a0<em>13.6 ounces<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc\u00a0cup\u00a0Thai Red Curry Paste\u00a0Maesri or Massaman can be used<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00be\u00a0cup\u00a0Creamy Peanut Butter\u00a0Naturally Unsweetened; Smucker\u2019s works well<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc\u00a0teaspoon\u00a0red pepper flakes\u00a0opt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00bd\u00a0teaspoon\u00a0kosher salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00be\u00a0cup\u00a0sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\u00a0tablespoons\u00a0cider or white vinegar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd\u00a0cup\u00a0water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recommended Equipment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Baking Sheet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the Cauliflower Steaks:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat oven to 400F and cover a baking sheet with foil. Spray the foil with cooking spray.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slice the cauliflower head into 4 even pieces and place them, evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet. (Save the extra cauliflower pieces for later use or roast alongside the steaks.) Brush each steak with olive oil then sprinkle with salt &amp; pepper. Cook 30-35 minutes or until cauliflower is tender and edges are beginning to carmelize.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>While cauliflower is cooking, prepare the sauce.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the Thai Peanut Sauce:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Place all sauce ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk constantly until sauce comes to a slow boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer 5-7 minutes. Whisk continuously so mixture doesn\u2019t scorch at the bottom. Remove sauce from the heat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drizzle sauce over cooked cauliflower and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">*See Notes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enjoy!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>*Note: The Thai Peanut Sauce will keep in a glass container in the refrigerator for 4 weeks.
