With the same taste and texture, but with much less calories than the deep fried one, this healthy samosa is a must-try.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients of Baked Samosa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 finely chopped onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 piece grated ginger<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 teaspoon curry powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 gm diced,peeled potato<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 gm frozen peas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cloves crushed garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon refined oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon mustard powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 gm green beans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 filo sheets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to make Baked Samosa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Make the filling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Saute the onion, garlic and ginger in a spray of oil for 3 minutes then stir in the curry powder and mustard seeds. Add the potatoes and beans with 400ml water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2 <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cook the filling and heat the oven<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook for 20 minutes until vegetables are soft and liquid has evaporated. Add the peas for the last 5 minutes. Heat the oven to 200C\/fan 180C\/gas 6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3 <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prepare the samosa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Spray a sheet of filo pastry with oil then cut into three strips. Put 2 tbsp of the mix at the top of a strip and fold over itself into a triangle. Continue folding down the length of the pastry to make a samosa shape. Put on a non-stick baking tray.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Bake it perfection and serve hot!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Repeat with the rest of the pastry and filling.
