Whisk to combine.2 tablespoons olive oil,2 tablespoons miso paste,1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce,1 clove garlic,1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brush the salmon filets with the sauce and sprinkle them lightly with salt and pepper. Toss the carrots with any remaining sauce.2 center cut salmon filets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the salmon and carrots in the air fryer, making sure not to overcrowd the basket.
