Made with a variety of vegetables and spices this deep-fried snack is extremely addictive.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1&nbsp;Onions&nbsp;Large<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;Bell Pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;Carrot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;Potatoes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50&nbsp;g&nbsp;Spinach<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150&nbsp;g&nbsp;Gram Flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;tsp&nbsp;Crushed Chillies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;tbsp&nbsp;Coriander Seeds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;tsp&nbsp;Turmeric Powder&nbsp;Haldi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;tsp&nbsp;Chilli Powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;tsp&nbsp;Salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2&nbsp;Green Chillies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Water&nbsp;As required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INSTRUCTIONS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In a large bowl, add the sliced onions, sliced bell peppers, julienned carrots, julienned potatoes, chopped spinach, gram flour along with all the spices and mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Slowly add the water as required to create a wet mixture that incorporates all the ingredients evenly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In a deep fryer heat up oil on medium heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Using your hands or a tablespoon add about a tablespoon of mixture to the deep fryer ensuring that the pan is not overcrowded then cook on each side for 3-4 minutes on either side undisturbed until golden brown<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-x-large-font-size\"><strong>Serve hot and enjoy with homemade mint chutney!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A common street food sold by vendors all over the cities of India and Pakistan.
