Start your morning off right!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1&nbsp;ripe avocado, cubed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon&nbsp;freshly squeezed lemon juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon&nbsp;(or to taste) Everything But the Bagel Seasoning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cup&nbsp;baby greens<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2&nbsp;strips cooked bacon, crumbled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0crispy egg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INSTRUCTIONS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FOR THE AVOCADO<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cut avocado around the pit and separate halves. Remove pit. Cut flesh in a crosshatch pattern, and scoop cubes with a large spoon into your bowl. Coat avocado with lemon juice and sprinkle 1 teaspoon (or so) Everything But the Bagel Seasoning. Add bacon crumbles greens and toss to combine. Set aside.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FOR THE CRISPY EGG<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat a small skillet over high heat. I like to use cast iron. When pan is hot, add 1-2 teaspoon oil (I use avocado oil) and crack egg directly onto the oil. It will hiss and puff and crackle.
