Perfect for quick and easy, on the go breakfasts!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3\u00a0slices\u00a0Smithfield Thick Cut Cherrywood Smoked Bacon\u00a0diced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4\u00a0cup\u00a0diced yellow onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4\u00a0large\u00a0eggs\u00a0whisked<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2\u00a0cup\u00a0shredded cheddar cheese\u00a0plus more for topping<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>salt and pepper\u00a0to taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6\u00a0rolls<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>red pepper flakes and parsley\u00a0optional for topping<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Using a knife, cut a circle in the top of each roll.
